Product Description

Obligation but also our main concern is the information given on the website www.eleganceplus.gr concerning on quality, quantity, main characteristics and product prices to be absolutely accurate.

However in the computers screen some products may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in relation to reality.

Prices of products

The prices shown in the lists next to each product are including VAT.

These values relate to the quantities available, while the www.eleganceplus.gr reserves the right to modify the description and price of products without prior notice, but is committed in the fulfillment of your order to send products ordered with the features and prices posted on the website at the time of order.

Methods of payment

By Credit / Debit Card:
Each purchase from the website of www.eleganceplus.gr is placed at the option of the buyer who can pay with credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD.

The transactions are made securely online in real time, between the buyer and owner of the card with Eurobank, which process the transaction on behalf of www.eleganceplus.gr.

Cash on delivery (only inside Greece)
You can pay the courier server to deliver goods to your place. For shipments by cash on delivery the cost is 6 euro with delivery within 2-4 working days.

By bank transfer:

In the form of the Bank Deposit please record your name and the order number and please send us the copy.

In cases where the deposit is not made in two days from the day the order is given, then the order is canceled automatically by the system.

The costs of the bank’s commission are charged to the client.

Shipping rates

The products are shipped by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify (in Greece) within 2-5 working days from the day of checkout. Orders in Greece cost 5 euro (up to 2 pounds), but if you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the cost is 6 euro (up to 2 pounds), while for orders greater than 100 € (up to 2 pounds), the mission is free of charge throughout Greece, which is not valid for countries outside Greece. When ordering products abroad the products are sent by courier in 2-8 business days after checkout. For orders abroad (but within the European Union and Cyprus) the cost is 18 euro (up to 2 pounds), while for orders greater than 150 € (up to 2 pounds) (in the European Union and Cyprus) you get Free Shipping. For countries outside the EU products are sent by courier in 2-8 working days from checkout and the cost is 54 euro (up to 2 kilos). Please note that for these countries (outside EU) that are subject to customs duties and taxes, charges are paid by the recipient of the package and www.eleganceplus.gr assumes no responsibility surcharge from the customs authorities of the country.

The www.eleganceplus.gr does not recognize the existence of any responsibility for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure when the above delivery time will be extended as long as the reason for the delay.

All shipping costs are calculated over the basket in the final payment amount.

The shipping cost is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer can choose the type of document you want (retail receipt or invoice), filling in the corresponding field site.

For all orders, packing is free.

Order Cancellation

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings and beauty products (cosmetics, perfumes and cosmetics) are not refundable under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, the www.eleganceplus.gr will endeavor to replace with a same or similar product at no additional cost to you. But you must inform us by e-mail at sales@eleganceplus.gr to send you instructions for returning the product and return code. If the product is no longer available, can be replaced with equivalent product upon request or return your money.
